How do I order a custom cake?
You can build your own round, coffin or heart shaped cake here. If you can't find what you're looking for in the provided options, you can fill out our Custom Cake Enquiry form here.

What cake flavours are available?
Our flavour menu is available here. For any alterations contact thirdcirclecakes@gmail.com

Where are you?
Our registered kitchen is located in Cranbourne West, VIC Australia. Pick up instructions will be provided via email for confirmed orders.

Do you have a retail space?
No, Third Circle Bakery is currently operated from our council registered home kitchen. Collections are via appointment only. 

Are all of your products vegan? 
None of the items on our menu contain animal products as ingredients; however some of the ingredients that we use come with their own allergen warnings due to shared equipment during manufacturing. Because of this, our products may not be suitable for those with severe allergies. 

Can you cater to allergies?  
Some items/flavours can be made without certain allergens as ingredients (Eg. gluten); however as a small business we do not have the space or facilities to ensure a 100% allergen free workspace. Our products may not be suitable for those with severe allergies. 

How far in advance can I order?
Products are available to order 90 days in advance and we require a minimum of 5 days notice. Wedding cakes may be booked up to 12 months in advance.

Do you deliver?
Delivery can be arranged for an additional fee within 10km of Cranbourne West 3977. Extended delivery is available on request for larger cakes/orders. The delivery fee will depend on distance and route.  

Is your bakery sustainable? 
Sustainability is one of our key values, in all aspects. We do our best to minimise our environmental impact by opting for biodegradable/compostable packaging (and providing you the tools and information to properly dispose of any waste). Administratively, we ensure our chosen financial institutions and super providers do not invest in fossil fuels, live animal export or the arms industry.
